Food is a basic human need but we exist to make it so much more. The quality of our catering is down to great ingredients, lovingly prepared and transformed into fabulous food. But importantly, it's not a “one size fits all” approach. Your venue, event, audience, seasonality, provenance, trends and a million other reasons mean we stay flexible in our catering offer. We deliver food that we know will sell not make food to sell it… the distinction is like night and day.

Scrumptious food is eaten with the eyes and needs to be a visual sensation. Whether a retail concept - we've developed our own, don't you know - or a lavish banquet, inspirational presentation is the icing on the cake. With an impressive client base at venues as diverse as Dudley Zoo to the NEC and the internationally renowned ICC, we've got it covered both now and in the future.

In the words of that 80’s song, it ‘aint what you do, it’s the way that you do it and that’s what gets results. Ask anyone why they work for Amadeus food and the resounding answer is "the people". We have some of the best people in the industry and we aim to keep it that way.

Within retail catering we are passionate about our "Service that sells" programme – a multi layered training, assessing and scoring programme that ensure our customers get consistent and exemplary service every time and we maximise spend at every opportunity.

For us that's not enough. We need to look for creativity not just in food but in the way we do everything in our catering business. Drum roll for the Amagination programme. A collective of volunteers not just from Amadeus food but across the NEC Group who come together with one purpose only – to look at innovation in the way we do business and how we serve our customers.
