Heading up the Amadeus team at the Vox, Aaron began working at the venue in 2015 prior to it opening, having previously worked at the ICC Birmingham. Being involved from the initial concept stage meant that Aaron could apply his existing knowledge to bring an adventurous new style of event catering to the Vox.
Aaron and his team are passionate about pushing boundaries and present something unexpected at every turn. Aaron personalises each menu and creates all of the recipes, putting his own spin on any dish served, whether in the ingredients, cooking techniques or presentation. No great surprise then that much of the incredible feedback we receive can be directly attributed to the emphasis placed by Aaron on forward-thinking bespoke menus and serving styles.
