Key members of the Amadeus team were recently invited back to the opening of the new Himalaya area at the zoo. This area now acts as the main entrance for the zoo and features a 300 seat public restaurant uniquely themed to Nepal and overlooks the Snow Leopard enclosure. Amadeus provided consultancy services to Twycross during the planning for the new area including guidance on all aspects of catering, health & hygiene, purchasing and assistance with the recruitment of the zoos senior catering manager and head chef.
