Our Group Executive Head Chef, Paul Gould recently celebrated 35
years with us and was asked by The Birmingham Post to reflect on
his time with Amadeus and The NEC Group.
Food critic Richard McComb hails Gould as "the miracle of mass
catering" and we have to admit he is a bit of a legend! As McComb
says "Forget about the feeding of the five thousand - Paul Gould
just about breaks sweat when he is rustling up meals for
10,000".
