Congratulations Neil!

Neil Ashton our Executive Chef currently overseeing the development and preparation for our contract at Olympic Park North has been shortlisted for an FSM Award. The inaugural FSM Awards are being held at the Royal Garden Hotel in Kensington in November and are led by FSM one of the catering and facilities industries leading magazines.

In Neil's previous role with us he was Group Deputy Executive Head Chef of Amadeus based at The NEC site and is a familiar face to many of the UK's leading event organisers. Neil has been with us for 22 years having previously held roles at Ettington Park and The Mortal Man Hotel in the Lake District and worked on events including the Rugby World Cup.

Not only is Neil a fantastic chef with great culinary flair and attention to detail he is an extremely astute operator with an incredible ability to deal with costings, menu planning, people management and deliverance of service for numerous high volume events at the same time.

This nomination is well deserved - good luck Neil!
