Adi Clark, Head of Insight - Amadeus' in-house market research team, has won Best Venue Marketer, at the Exhibition News awards.

750 of the exhibition industry's finest descended on the Business Design Centre on Friday 20 May to celebrate the fifth annual Exhibition News Awards.

Adi was selected by an independent judging panel made up of industry executives from the venue, organiser and supplier sectors, and up against tough competition from Alexandra Palace, Earls Court & Olympia and Excel London, he was recognised as 'raising the bar in marketing and taking it where it needs to go'.  Adi's work for Amadeus has included a ground-breaking propensity modelling tool to predict what our customers want to see on menus!

After collecting his award Adi said: "I'm so thrilled to win this award. I really had no idea! Obviously this is a great on a personal level but it's fantastic for the business too. We've been in the business for 35 years and it's fantastic to be part of an organisation with so much talent and experience, but as the industry changes, so too are we and it's great to be recognised for that."
