In a great start to 2011, Amadeus is celebrating after winning a
three year catering contract for the Royal Horticultural Society's
(RHS) Hampton Court Palace Flower Show. The Show is the UK's second
biggest flower show after RHS Chelsea, and so required a thorough
and competitive tender process.
Amadeus will be showcasing their exemplary food,
quality and service, and creating bespoke menus and catering
concepts, in conjunction with the RHS team.
Leading a team of top Amadeus chefs, the contract
delivery will be managed by Neil Ashton, Deputy Executive Chef, who
has been with Amadeus for 22 years.
The success of beating off strong competition from
leading UK contract caterers was not only due to the great food
quality and innovation, but also the additional services that
Amadeus are able to provide. Data analysis performed by The NEC
Group's Insight team enabled highly effective menu planning and,
working with the RHS, will help to really understand the customer
profile.
