A Standing Ovation

Last night saw the inaugural Chef's Alliance dinner take place at St. Martin in the Bullring. Our ICC Executive Chef Simon Hellier worked in partnership with 6 of Birmingham's leading chefs including Glynn Purnell and Luke Tipping. The 7 course meal served in Birmingham's oldest church ended with not one but two standing ovations for the 7 chefs and a special mention for Simon and his banqueting expertise that helped pull the event together.
