Catering is a simple quation of food and people and making sure both are the best they can be. But for us that's the start, not the end. What we do is deliver more. We like to be adventuruous. Seeing challenges as opportunities, open to new thinking and inspiration, confident - as we know our stuff but not arrogant, willing to be open and flexible. It's about evolving and working with people who want to grow and come on our adventure with us.

Since 2012 Kevin has led the Amadeus team during, and has over 25 years’ experience of retail, contract catering and brand building, working for the likes of The Natural Retail Company, Thames Clippers and Compass Group as well as being part of AEG. A keen horse racing fan, Kevin has been known to enjoy a flutter.

Sales Director

Chris joined Amadeus with a wealth of experience gained in senior roles at Compass Group UK & Ireland, as well as Marriott and P&O. Chris has built an impressive 29 year career in the industry, developing the perfect skill set to deliver real value and full sales support. A seasoned sales director, Chris has a great understanding of the needs of clients and what makes their business grow. He leads a vastly experienced sales team, recruited from the event sales industry, who supports and sell private and corporate events in our venues. A natural comedian, Chris is also known for his love of holidays and seems to permanently sport a tan.

Tony Baldock

Tony Baldock

Operations Director

Tony joined the Amadeus Board in 2014 from Compass where he was the Food & Beverage Director, responsible for a business portfolio worth £80m. A vastly experienced operator, Tony is focused on delivering strategic systems and processes across the Amadeus business including a comprehensive training programme. His recent experience was in Canada where he was responsible for a wide portfolio of retail, heritage and large conferencing facilities. In 2010 his team delivered the catering services at The Winter Olympic Games in Canada. Affectionately known by the team as “Champagne Tony” due to his high standards and love of great food and drink.

Marc Frankl

Food & Beverage Director

When Marc joined the Board of Amadeus, he brought with him the practical knowledge of a “hands on” chef and 14 years’ in senior purchasing and food development- including considerable experience in the hotel sector. Leading the significant Chef team, Marc enjoys the creative elements of tailoring menus to our venue partners. A keen cyclist, Marc is often in Lycra and has been known to lead the Amadeus cycling team on their annual London to Paris cycling trip.

Miles Jones

Miles Jones

Head of Finance

Miles joined the Amadeus Board after having worked for the NEC Group for 10 years and previously focussed at the ICC and driving the new international contract for CCD in Dublin. Controlling a vastly experienced team and with the support of the wider NEC Group Finance team, Miles is instrumental in the strategic direction and reporting of all Amadeus sites. A keen hockey player, Miles is often found on the pitch planning his next strategic move.
