Each year over 2.4 million visitors and 39,000 exhibiting companies head to the NEC. Amadeus’ role is to provide every guest with a deliciously tempting and varied choice of dishes. So we do, with all the signature style and invention we’ve become famous for in the industry.
Hot meals, tasty deli sandwiches, tempting salads and homemade cakes are just the start. Visitors to the NEC can also now take advantage of our new Edge restaurant concept, which offers four distinctly different styles of food from a single restaurant. These include Italian favourites, British classics, a man vs. food themed grill and the convenience of a grab and go deli.

In addition to The Edge, we also operate two Starbucks outlets at the venue and manage outlets for retail partners from Subway to JD Wetherspoon.
Perfect for catering for massive spikes in exhibition attendance, our mobile catering units can be easily tailored to suit the unique visitor profile at each show. Popular options include The Big Cheese and Taco Fusion.
It’s one thing to deliver fine dining on an intimate scale, but delivering it on a grand scale takes exceptional skill. And planning. Not to mention quick feet.
Fortunately our live events team have all three and are able to deliver sit down meals for thousands of visitors in a flash.
Staying fuelled during an event is essential. It’s why we’ve created our ‘Served to You’ and ‘Food to You’ exhibitor catering packages. Offering everything from quirky and quick to healthy or decedent, these handy packages enable exhibitors to focus solely on their event.
If you are interested in booking one of these packages, please visit the NEC exhibitor food and drink area. NEC Exhibitor food and drink
When you queue less, you miss less. That’s why we’ve introduced Qjacker at the NEC. This pre-ordering app enables visitors to order their drinks before and during the event then simply show up and collect them. The NEC has also recently gone cashless to further speed up transactions.
