Renowned for her boundless energy and meticulous approach, Katie is always the first to roll up her sleeves and push the team at Amadeus to seek out unexpected venues and embrace new working practices. After achieving a first class BA (Hons) in Business and Marketing in Northern Ireland, Katie jetted across the Atlantic for a year to work at a five-star hotel in California. It was here that Katie developed her insatiable hunger for learning what makes a customer truly tick, before turning that insight into creative solutions that cement long-term relationships.
